Commercial Epoxy Flooring in Newmarket — what to know
Our GTA crew installs commercial epoxy flooring for projects large and small in Newmarket. High-traffic floors for showrooms, warehouses, retail, gyms, and auto shops. Newmarket's residential growth and large-garage estate homes make it a consistent source of garage epoxy and basement coating work. Our team covers the full north York Region corridor on the same schedule.
Newmarket sits in the York region, and our scheduling runs same-day for consults. Project types in this area span renovations, new-build finishing, and commercial fit-outs — our scheduling flexes to whichever applies. For commercial epoxy specifically, that means specification matched to actual commercial use case, overnight and weekend install options to minimize downtime, matched to the actual condition of your slab or wall.
The crew that quotes is the crew that installs — no bait-and-switch, no sub-contracted finish. Most residential jobs are booked within two weeks of quote acceptance.

Common questions
Can you work around our hours?+
Yes. We routinely schedule overnight pours, weekend installs, and phased sections. The limitation is cure time, not labour hours — we plan around that.
Do you provide warranties?+
Every commercial job comes with a written performance warranty specific to the system installed. Typical range: 5–10 years depending on the specification.
Do you serve all of Newmarket?+
Yes — we work across every neighbourhood in Newmarket, including Stonehaven, Summerhill Estates, Bristol-London, and surrounding areas. Scheduling is same-day for consults.
How does Newmarket's climate affect commercial epoxy?+
The GTA's humidity swings and winter heating cycle affect substrate moisture, which is why we moisture-test every slab before scheduling. Commercial Epoxy systems are selected to handle the conditions we find — including the salt and freeze-thaw stress that garage floors see from November through April.
